A lazy Sunday without the Mrs around meant that the boys had to keep themselves occupied. Our Romanian correspondent Count Cumberland was back in the country and had eyed up Slice Sussex on his internet travels, so we made our way there for a late breakfast.

Recommended to us by friend of TBM, @TidyJade, this Parisian styled cafe can be found a short distance from Brighton's main train station.  On a street usually full of tourists and commuters; can a sophisticated start to the day really be found?

Jamie Oliver's Recipease opened in 2009 as a cookery school crossed with a shop selling odds and ends from ingredients to kitchen utensils. If that isn't a strange enough combination, this year they moved out some of the cooking stations and decided to run a cafe out of the place as well. With the Naked chef's name attached and a menu capable of making a man salivate from a hundred paces, expectations were set high.
